Coming January 2020
In January 2020, Microsoft is ending support for Windows 7, the final operating system authorized for use with Doors32. Consequently, Keri Systems will be forced to discontinue support for Doors32 as well.
All available supporting documentation is now archived and available in the “Obsolete Products” section of Keri’s online Knowledge Base. Beginning January 2, 2020, Tech Support will direct all Doors32 callers to the documentation in the Knowledge Base for their support assistance.
Doors32 served our customers and the industry well as installer-friendly and user-friendly access control software, and is still available via download from Keri’s web site or special order, and remains free of charge. It will continue to be available as long as customers ask for it and computers with compatible operating systems exist.
Our established replacement for Doors 32 is our Doors.NET software, which is the default software for use with Keri’s PXL-500 family hardware for new shipments. Doors.NET provides concurrent multiple operator and multiple site capability, integrated video and a host of other sophisticated features that bring more power to your PXL customer offerings.
