The process of adding an NXT-MSC Controller to your installation is identical to adding the Authentic Mercury controllers you’re used to.
It really is this simple.
A simple one-click network scan will find any NXT-MSC controllers via the MAC Address. Then pressing import will automatically add your controllers to the hardware tree.

You can also adjust your controllers network settings from within the Doors.NET Software
